Term Project No. 1 Instructions

Suppose you work for a research consultancy firm. Your team was assigned to seven clients seeking your company's assistance concerning data analysis.

Below are the seven clients mentioned above. Click the name of the client to view the details of her research project.

• Artemis

• Hera
• Ceres
• Persephone
• Venus

Instructions:

Form a team/group of 4-7 members. Feel free to give your group a name :D
Each member should be assigned at least one unique client.

For each client, determine the following:

1. Independent or Predictor Variable
2. Dependent or Criterion Variable
3. Most appropriate statistical procedure to answer her research question
   (Include reasons for choosing proposed statistical procedure)

Submit one journal article reporting a study that employed a similar research design.

1. What are the similarities and differences between your client's and the published study's designs.
2. Did the published study use your proposed statistical procedure? Why (not)?

Term Project No. 1 Grade will be based on

• individual output's grade (60%)
• average grade of the other members' output (40%)
