Research Question:
Do different groups of psychologists have significantly different levels of need for nurturance?
Research Plan:
Eighteen psychologists (equally representing the following fields of specialization: counseling, industrial and experimental psychology) will be randomly sampled.
Each participant will be requested to answer the need for nurturance scale.
