    • I've been working the whole week for this self-test, that's why I couldn't find time to answer to some of you who posted/emailed me questions or comments. I'll try to answer you before I start working on preparing the items for our upcoming quiz.

      27 August, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
      28 August, 7:30 am - 9:00 am
      28 August, 10:30 am - 12:00 nn

  • 23 August 2008, 07:12

    • Quiz 4R will most probably be on Tuesday and Wednesday (26 & 27 August) during lecture hours.

    • It is strongly recommended that you take Self Test 12 (several times if needed) to review for the quiz. It was made available again since yesterday and it will close on Monday, 11:55 pm

    • CAVEAT: Taking Quiz 4R will invalidate your Quiz 4 grade regardless of your Quiz 4R grade.

    • Please check this page again Monday evening for the final schedule of Quiz 4R.

  • 20 August 2008, 14:48

    • I opened an email just now from helpdesk@mc.edu.ph which was sent at 11:39 this morning. Part of the email says:

"Our technicians encountered a problem since Monday and they were fixing the servers yesterday from 1:30pm till 6:30 pm. We are very sorry for this."

    • Because of this information, I decided that term projects submitted before 12:01 am (midnight) of 20 August will NOT be considered late :D

    • If you wish to edit your submission further, doing that until 12:00 am will mean a penalty of 1 point only

  • 19 August 2008, 20:27

    • I had to disable late submission at around 6:15 pm. Late submission will be enabled before 9:00 tonight. If you're already happy with what you submitted, please DO NOT click "edit my submission" button anymore otherwise, your date and time of submission will be changed and you will be penalised.

    • If you wish to edit your submitted work and re-submit before 6 pm tomorrow, remember that you will already be "awarded" a 1 point penalty.

  • 19 August 2008, 16:31

    • For those who are having a difficult time giving a link that will allow me to access view the journal article when I start reading your term projects, you may wish to upload the journal article here (http://mc-elearning.mc.edu.ph/mod/assignment/view.php?id=1119) instead. (Thank you Lesley for calling my attention).

    • Term Project 1 Observation

I scanned some of the yet-to-be-completed term projects in mc-elearning site and I noticed that some statistical procedures were assigned to more than one client.

TIP: Aside from One-way Anova (which may be used as an alternate to independent samples t-test) and One-way Repeated Measures Anova (which may be used as an alternate to paired samples t-test), all other statistical procedures may ONLY be assigned to ONE client.

  • 17 August 2008, 05:32

    • Because we are having a long weekend and I want you to turn in a good Term Project, I am moving its deadline to Tuesday, 19 August, 6:00 pm

    • You may submit beyond the cut-off time but keep in mind that you will be given a 1-point penalty for each extra day that you needed to submit your paper

    • Papers that will be submitted between 19 August, 6:01 pm and 20 August, 6:00 pm are considered 1 day late
  • 06 August 2008, 03:08
    • Closing dates of Self Tests 10-12

  • 04 August 2008, 09:29
