Are the scores from
the groups related?
Remember: Groups of scores are related when:
- the researcher measured the respondents/cases more than once (e.g., before and after therapy or monthly from January to December)
- the scores belong to natural pairs (e.g., husband-wife, twins, siblings)
- the researcher matched the respondents/cases based on another variable that can potentially confound findings
